Jeremy Evans fec584fbea Stop using invoice serializer in billing view ...

This is the only invoice serializer usage without the :detailed option.
Remove the :detailed option from the method (this leaves it in the
callers for now), and make the :detailed behavior the default.

This adds 3 new methods to Invoice, and one Clover helper method.
