Daniel Farina 9efaa53e24 Add OpenSSH integration test for SshKey ...

This ensures SshKey generates OpenSSH compatible files, and
furthermore, demonstrates they sign and verify data successfully as
well.

This was motivated by a multi-year period where SshKey generated keys
that worked for net-ssh but not for openssh.
