mohi-kalantari ceb3ee03b1 Add gRPC server for implementing the IdentityService ...

Server with minimal logic is added to start development of the CSI service.
The first implemented service is Identity, which responds to the capabilities
endpoint and also implements the version and healthcheck endpoints.
