Jeremy Evans 83679c6ca7 Remove remaining use of check_required_web_params in the routes
For private_location, nonempty_str! handles the check.

For firewall, don't actually need the check, as a missing parameter
will result an error, and should only happen if the user is monkeying
with the form.
