Hadi Moshayedi 987c8d506d Use vring_workers as num_queues of Ubiblk backed volumes.
Ubiblk creates one vring_worker thread for each queue. SPDK doesn't
support multithreaded vhost backends, so we keep num_queues of SPDK
volumes as 1 regardless of the value of `vring_workers`.
