Kenneth Skovhede 50ac1e81e1 Add support for unmasking passwords from commandline
This fixes the commandline call so masked passwords are unmasked before being sent for execution.

This also removes the wrong use of `Thread.Abort()` in the runner, which could abort random tasks in the server.
