fix(lib): enable multiple consecutive slash support (#1155)
* fix(lib): enable multiple consecutive slash support

Closes #754
Closes #808
Closes #815

fix to avoid net/http#ServeMux's URL cleaning.

* test(double_slash): add sourceware case
